Vietnamese cuisine has become  quite  popular  among the  international  tourists in recent time.  With  the   country  emerging  as  a popular  tourist  destination  in  south east Asia the cuisine of  the  country  is also getting  some  limelight. A  large  number of  tourists  who  visit the beautiful  country  of Vietnam make  sure to  taste some of  the most popular Vietnamese dishes. If  you  are  planning  to  go to  Vietnam on your next vacation do not  forget to savor  as  much  dish from the Vietnamese  cuisine as you  can. Trust me a  tour to  Vietnam is quite  incomplete  without tasting the Vietnamese cuisine.

Vietnamese cuisine is famous for its noodle dishes.  There are a number of noodle dishes in Vietnamese cuisine.  The preparation process of the dishes is different.  The main ingredients and   spices can vary too.  The noodle dishes are often served hot. However, there are some noodle dishes that are served cold.  The  preparation process of  each  dish  can  also  vary  depending  on the  regional  influence.  But in every way the  noodle dishes taste  as  tasty  as ever.

There are a number of noodle dishes in Vietnamese cuisine.  These dishes are very  tasty  and are often fit for the gala dining experience.  Bun thit nuong is one of the most well  known noodle  dish  in  Vietnam.  This  dish  is  made  from thin rice vermicelli.  The noodles is prepared  and   then  served cold  with  pork chops.  The pork  chops are grilled and marinated.  A special fish sauce is  also served with the dish. This fish  sauce is served with julienned daikon and  carrots. This fish sauce is known as nuoccham. Bun Cha is a similar kind of dish that is much popular in northern region of  Vietnam. The only difference between the two is that in this dish the grilled pork chops are replaced  with grilled pork  meatballs.
